I already hit the gym this morning. A quick workout but a workout nonetheless.
15 minutes on the treadmill (a couple minutes walking, 5 minutes running on 5.4 and 5 minutes sprints (1 minute on 7, 30 seconds rest.) Then, I did 15 minutes of legs.
Home, showered, coffeed, and then spent a couple minutes writing out our weekly dinner menu:
Sunday: chicken & bacon on cauliflower pizza crust
Monday: Slowcooker Paleo Eggplant Parmesan
Tuesday: MN Wild game (I plan on finding a chicken sandwich and a side salad)
Wednesday: Taj Mahal turkey curry over zuchinni noddles
Friday: spiced chicken (2nd spice blend) with steamed broccoli

- lemon juice
- banana peppers
- powdered ginger
- coconut aminos
- Italian seasoning
- dry mustard
- garlic bulb
- dried thyme
- 2lbs chicken
- 2lbs Italian sausage
Breakfasts for the week will be eggs & kale. For lunches this week, I’m going to alternate between salads w/ hard boiled eggs as my protein and a mediterranean tuna salad from Clothes Make the Girl. For the tuna salad, I’m going to make my own mayo so wish me luck!
Once grocery shopping is done, I’m making my way over to see Philly D and get a lesson in living mindfullness. I’m pretty sure it’s going to set the intention for the rest of the week: being in the moment, present, focused, calm and observe. I plan on bringing that intention home and prepping a bit for food this week while doing laundry. And drinking. Red wine. Will probably finish the bottle I started Friday night
